Steven Moyer, OD
Dr. Moyer is a licensed Optometrist who provides primary and specialty eye care services.
Among his specialties, Dr. Moyer performs laser surgeries for vision correction and cataract procedures. He also specializes in helping patients with Keratoconus, the thinning of the cornea, or who are hard to fit for contact lenses. Dr. Moyer provides complete medical eye care services, treats glaucoma, and enjoys caring for patients of all ages.
Dr. Moyer has lived in Oklahoma nearly all his life and is dedicated to providing quality eye care services to his patients. A graduate of Ada High school, Dr. Moyer attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK and was accepted in 1980, through an early admittance program, into one of the first classes ever to specialize in Optometry care at Northeastern Oklahoma State University, Tahlequah, OK.
After graduating Magna cum Laude from Northeastern with a Doctor of Optometry degree in 1984, Dr. Moyer began practicing Optometry in Oklahoma City. Throughout his career, Dr. Moyer has dedicated himself to the Oklahoma City community by providing volunteer eye care services to groups such as Skyline Urban Ministries and to patients at the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic.
In 1997, Dr. Moyer decided to expand his expertise and received a Masters in Public Health degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences center.
He currently lives in Edmond, OK and enjoys spending time with wife Kim and four children Bryan, Alex, Chase and Caitlyn. He enjoys Oklahoma State University football and basketball, is an avid Thunder fan. He likes golf, fishing and spending time with his friends.
Dr. Moyer is a licensed Optometrist who performs Laser Surgeries, YAG procedures, also specializes in hard to fit contact lenses.
Elise Bolay, OD
Dr. Elise Bolay was raised in Edmond, Oklahoma. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science in nutrition. She then graduated from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry where she completed a variety of specialty clinics.
Dr. Bolay was awarded as one of the top clinicians in her graduating class and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.
Dr. Bolay is married to Mason and resides in his hometown of Perry. They have 3 children; Everett, Winston and Margot. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, running, doing home improvement projects and working on the family farm.
Dr. Elise Bolay has been at Memorial Eye Clinic since 2013 as an Optometrist and previously worked in the office as an assistant.

I’m an Oklahoma native, married and have two children. I have worked in the optometry field for more than twenty years. I’ve worked with Dr. Steven Moyer for twenty of those years.
Currently, I’m serving as Office Manager, but have also worked as an optician, doctor’s assistant and insurance coder.
I strive to treat each client with respect and courtesy and alwasy provide individual attention and customer care with each patient. I am proud to say that through the years, I have built long lasting relationships with customers who continue to use our office for their eye care needs.
Professionally, I am a registered medical assistant and have earned a B.S. in Business Management.
Hi, my name is Ashley and I grew up in Rush Springs, Oklahoma and graduated from high school in 2010. I moved to Edmond for better job opportunities and education.
I have always been interested in the medical field and working for Dr. Moyer has been a rewarding and amazing experience.
My name is Danielle and I was born in Lawton, Oklahoma. I attended OSU and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s in science and recreation therapy.
I’m married and live in Oklahoma City. I’ve enjoyed working with Dr. Moyer and I plan to continue my education in radiology technology.
Greetings! I was raised in the small town of Altus, Oklahoma. I moved to Edmond three years ago to attend UCO. I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
I’ve worked for Dr. Moyer for two years and enjoy helping our patients see better.
I’m Maeghan and was born in San Antonio, Texas. I became interested in Ophthalmology when I started working for Dean Magee as my first job out of high school where I learned to perform injections for patients with macular degeneration.
I plan to further my career with continuing education in the eyecare field.
I was born and raised in Garden City, Kansas. I attended cosmetology school in Manhatten, Kansas and graduated in 2016. My future plans are to attend medical school and eventually become a plastic surgeon.
I moved to Edmond for better job and educational opportunities.
